You know, those of us who make a killing in the industry tend to not talk numbers. Lets stop making it about the money! The design I am looking for needs no backend, no flash, just a simple design. Regardless of the cost I need the best. Any other suggestions?

If you look on these sites, you could probably find a style you would want:-

They normally showcase the best designs in the mainstream. There are more sites like that, but I think you should find ample information there. Also some of these sites have "job boards" where you can post a job offer!

You can't go wrong with Stan Da Man from EnvisionNext -- he got really good shop there can get you kick ass look and keep it on budget and on time ....
