              I dunno, I mean Shaq is a target with a lot of money to go after ($25m a year just from his nba contract) and Kobe will never live this down

                  If Kobe keeps his composure he will come out of this looking better. Shaq embarrassed himself. Yeah he clowned bryant pretty good but more then anything Shaq looks like a child in that video.

                              What was said or written that wasn't true that would damage Kobe's reputation? There's no defamation.

                                  Nothing was written ;) I would LOVE to see this go to court because everything Shaq said was true... Kobe couldn't do shit without shaq.

                                  Shaq and his rap has long been viewed more as "comedy" than music. Shaq is one of the funniest guys in the NBA and is a character.

                                  You'll be hard pressed to find somebody in the NBA more loved by anybody that interviews him. Shaq has a sense of humor unlike so many other people. WTF was that about his wife? Joking about that shit even... come on quit hatin on shaq.

                                  This was clearly not meant to be released to the public but I'm glad it is.

                                  Also since when was a black guy commenting about another black guy considered racist? I heard it on the wire like 30 times an episode... consensus is if its a black guy sayin n1gga its fine.
