I know at least netbilling offers up non adult merchant accounts. I also know a company associated with ccbill does now to which if anyone knows their URL please add it here.
I am in need of billing companies that will process for a non adult tangible item. Kicker is I also want to work a fairly robust affiliate program around it as well as have it either come with a shopping cart solution or easily intergratable (is that a word and if so did I butcher it) into one (post suggestions there too please).
I am primarily interested of course in US billing, though I do not wish to limit myself to the states and if I may need any billing solutions to handle additional countries please do suggest so.
I also would be looking for a affiliate script that can offer up a full range of tools from RSS, Peel Ads, Flash embeds, pixel/PPC tracking, tiered payouts, customer attachment to affiliate, and anything else that has slipped my mind at this early hour that could assist in promoting a line of products in the mainstream world.
I am however not to keen on the idea of just merging into some giant system in mainstream that I have come across before. I would rather not go custom at this point with the affiliate program as I do not see that fitting my budget. So if I have to rig something we already use for an affiliate program that has quality support I would rather go that route. Unless of course the billing company somewhat associated with ccbill is built like ccbill and then adding tools should not be that problematic.
