It is my understanding that he was hacking/cracking the content and posting it himself or through proxies he established. It wasn't really a bunch of irate ex boyfriends posting although I am sure that happened too. Not that it would change their liability as well, and I bet any guy that really did post his ex's content is probably wondering when the hard knock of Johnny Law is going to strike their door next.
For the record, those victims did have a right to privacy and a right to the content that was shot in the privacy of their own homes. So your moralizing condescension over the fact that they took the photos in the first place is completely irrelevant. Your comment is akin to the notion that women deserve to be raped because they dress "provocatively". Sad to see that someone in adult in this day and age would think that way.
