damn $2200 is a very fair price for that site, hope you got what you asked fore.. I think it would be worth $3k to many as well.

But the next desing I ordered from him was not even close......so I think it's a lottery to order there. I've lost money on that one because I never used that design....so it's a 50/50 recommendation from my side.

Ya I have had that experience more then a few times (not with him) guess it's the way things are with most designers...
