You can tell how bad it is because the bread and butter (content) market is fucked. How many producers have you seen go broke and making borderline begging threads for people to buy their content? Offering their entire collection for prices like 199
With money/opportunities tight, people are only looking out for themselves also. Stuff they would be against back in the day seem not so bad now. Stuff like working with a shady processor may even be okay as long as they don't screw you over personally in some cases

There were some greener pastures when I was starting my business. I'm sure a regular job in my field at that time would have been easier than building a business and using my every waking moment to work on my business and spend a LITTLE time with my children in between when I could during the day. Yes there were greener pastures, but no where near as green the pasture I planted, , watered, weeded, fertilized and continue to grow.Someone moving to greener pastures would be considered a quitter?

Had I quit and went to what I THOUGHT were green pastures then, I'd never know how green the pastures could have been and would have been had I not quit.
I have not noticed the industry cannibalizing because I own a phone sex company and it's a little different. We are kind of off in our own little bubble so when something affects porn in general, it really doesn't affect what we do.
I think the point was however that these "has beens" are a great wealth of knowledge and still very respected.Comment

FYI: I don't have processing with ANYONE, have NO NEED for it, NEVER HAVE and NEVER WILL need processing so...
(1) NO ONE owes me money - no one owes me anything at the moment - that isn't what this is about - Id have my attorney handle it if someone owed me money right?!
(2) I WILL NOT SAY WHO I AM TALKING ABOUT because (a) it is not up to YOU or ME to say whether or not what they are doing is indeed against any rules or regs (b) visa, master card and a couple of other entities are getting docs this week and will make that decision
(3) BECAUSE I AM SEEING PEOPLE MAKE ASSUMPTIONS (and I suppose I opened that can of worms for you to do so) … have peace of mind that 99% of you DO NOT process with this ISO and probably do not even know who it is.

Fair statement. Doubt many are "worrying" but what you write is fair.
And I take responsibility and own my error in posting this without thinking I would be causing "worry" in anyone but because this is NOT a prominent company (you, for instance don't process with them from what I can see on your sites) and really they are not known in this business I do not think this will affect ANYONE who has posted here.
Regardless, just as one cannot legally "OUT" a possibly HIV positive performer without confirming it to be TRUTH, I will not OUT a company that I did not know whether or not their practices were ILLEGAL - I STILL don't know and it isn't for me or for you to decide.
