Steve Markely and Gary Spaniak, Jr., should spend the rest of their lives looking over their shoulders, because sooner or later, one of the people they screwed over is going to "greet them" in person regarding the money that they blatantly ripped-off from many, many, webmasters.
They "personally" owe me tens of thousands...the lying cocksuckers!!!

Oh, let's see...
People paid iBill tens of thousands of dollars to join my site, and then iBill didn't pay me the money that they collected on my behalf. The Members got the content, and iBill got the money. Meanwhile I got screwed as iBill assured me that they would pay me the money that they owed me.
I signed off on an agreement with iBill to get half of the money they admitted that they owed me, in two installments spread over a couple of years, giving them plenty of time to settle with me, and all of the rest of the webmasters whom they screwed over.
Instead, they broke that agreement, and proceeded to try and engage in even more shady arrangements, which led me to cut my losses and have to restart my web sites from scratch all over again, after investing lots of money and several years of labor into them...all due to the lies and deceit of scam artists and professional con men Steven Markley and Gary Spaniak, Jr.

Professional scammers and con artists like Steve Markley and Gary Spaniak, Jr., know how to hide their ill gotten gains. The Attorney General of Florida is well aware of their lies, deception, and devious activities, yet they chose to ignore iBill's blatant malfeasance and misfeasance, since they apparently don't give a shit if someone in the adult industry screws over other people in the adult industry.
That pretty much explains the 2000 Florida Presidential elections too...the rule of law doesn't seem to matter much in Florida. It's all about hidden agendas, and justice be screwed.
Try to follow me on this one, but if you sue someone, generally there is some expectation that you will be awarded with more money than it cost to bring the lawsuit if the court/jury finds in your favor.
Sometimes it is good to bring a lawsuit on principle alone, even if you have no hope of ever collecting on the judgement. Other times, it is better to just rebuild your business, and focus your time on generating new revenue streams.
Still, it won't surprise me if Steven Markley and Gary Spaniak, Jr. come to an early demise as a result of what I consider to be their scam operation and criminal activities.
Although I personally am not a violent person, I do believe in karma...

It is a shame you all got ripped off. More and more reasons having your own merchant accounts are a smart move....
