I recently did this design for a good client but he will not be using it so I am selling it off to recuperate my time invested. I don't care if I don't recuperate the whole 8+ or so hours spent on it but I don't want it to be a complete waste so I will take the highest offer

I wouldn't want to sell it for under $75 so if anyone is interested lets start the offers at that please.
The design comes with the very well organized PSD, so you can make changes. I will include this customization with the price that you buy it for:
-Change of name at the top and any change of text.
-Change of pictures with your own picture (the picture of the ladies here, are not included, you can't use these on your site, you can provide me with you own however and I will replace them for you.)
Other additions / modifications can be done at an extra cost.
Design will come sliced and already outputted in html also.
I'm also available for future work if anyone is in need of an adult designer / webmaster. I also work with a small team so if you need any programmers, designers, system admins, etc... let me know
