I am not really sure, but I can tell you how I sell them, my price structure is easy, pr1 link is $1 per month, pr2 is $2 per month.....
but, my motivation for selling hard links is not to make some big bucks, it is enough for me to cover hosting bill (server and bunch virtual accounts) and to cover my domain renewals.

PR2 = $2\month
19 PR2 * $2 = $38 per month
19 PR2 for one year = $38*12 = $456
19 PR2 permanently about $684
Is it right?
But what about date of creation?? (2004 year) This mean - trust in google and other SE.
In this case:

Like I say, I am not really sure about true value of back link, this, what I posted is simply how I make prices, this is my way,
there is many factors, like how many different c classes, traffic.... and how much are people willing to pay.Comment
