    Selling models used panties

    Hi guys, i have a friend that wants to sell his hot wifes panties and wants to know the best way how.

    From my recollection, i know CCBill/Epoch wont process for tangible goods, and i vaguely recall PP freezing accounts that did this.

    Any recommendations on what can be used to process for this type of product would be appreciated.

          ANDERSON, S.C. -- A Central, S.C., woman pleaded guilty this week to federal charges of mailing soiled underwear and other items that she sold over the Internet.

          According to a release from South Carolina U.S. Attorney Strom Thumond Jr., 21-year-old Christine Vetter (pictured, left) admitted in federal court that she operated a Web site offering the items for sale.

          Vetter said that, from November 2000 to March 2002, she sold and mailed about $9,000 worth of soiled underwear and other used hygiene and sex-related items on the Web site while she was a student at Clemson University.

          The woman faces up to five years in prison or a $250,000 fine on charges of "mailing indecent and filthy substances."

          The case was investigated by U.S. Postal Service agents. The investigators learned about Vetter's business when they spotted a letter addressed to her, labeled that it contained child pornography.

          The envelope did not contain any child pornography, inspectors said. They later determined that that the sender of the letter was a disgruntled customer of Vetter's Web site.
          Vetter's site is no longer operating.

                                              The issue is not the used panties, it's that they were "soiled" and containing bodily fluid which is considered a hazardous material requiring special shipping permits, etc etc etc. You can sell used panties, but they have to be cleaned and you pretty much can't insinuate otherwise or you're committing fraud. So as long as you don't say they're soiled, and have a disclosure explaining that they are cleaned and sanitized before shipment you should be fine. We have models that have been doing it through PP for years without issue.

                                                              Just for the record, ccbill does do tangibles now, and you can setup shopping carts, likely woocommerce or similar. Also, there are private couriers, shippers, and expediters that would likely do this on the low key.

It was an old trick used back in the days where we used to stick display ads in certain magazines and newspapers with adult sections and were advertising photo sets (10 photos) of models with used knickers for $30 cash. Years before the BBS Systems or the Internet.

                                                                              Have brand new unworn underwear ready for the following preparation.

                                                                              First prepare a small bowl with plain flour, water and a small amount of tuna oil. Then mix it together so you have a liquid paste. Get a basting brush and dip it onto the mixture.

                                                                              You get brand new underwear and then use the basting brush to lightly smear the padded under section with the mixture you made. Then seal the underwear in a zip lock plastic bag for shipment.

                                                                              You're not shipping human waste, you're shipping clothing with confectionary added to it.

                                                                                  You will get away with selling quite a few panties... a lot in fact. However, like some have said, big brother (or whoever) will come crashing down on you.

                                                                                  Unused panties are fine technically. But you will be scrutinized and possible punished for selling them with this intention whether they're soiled or not.

                                                                                  As seth said... if you do choose to do this absolutely do not send them through US postal. If ever found, its a federal crime.

                                                                                  UPS and Fedex are better options as they are private couriers. They dont care too much about what you send through their service, except for a couple things... damaged goods and hazardous material. Soiled Panties are technically a biohazard material. Even if the (I assume) Girl only intends to put them on for a moment and then zip them up with a faint smell of vag... still biohazard. So then it falls on them whether its against their policy. But, If packaged properly and discretely... Im sure UPS or Fed Ex would do.


                                                                                  I still recommend not doing this as I myself have seen the issues it entails.

Its just that fed ex and UPS wont snoop or really give a shit unless the package falls under one of the two categories. since they dont get nosey, they wont know whats in it unless the package is damaged. .... or... undeliveable/returnable... there is that.

                                                                                                                  It is however, as other members pointed out, a risk to send out these used items, especially via USPS. The college student who was busted for selling used panties happened back in 2002. Have there been any other federal cases since?

Even if carriers open or scan a package they don’t know if something is used or unclean or not. Millions of panties are delivered every day.

                                                                                                                                              That said, people do it all of the time ... I doubt prosecuting these "heinous crimes" are a high priority but it could happen.
