Celtics overcame the refs and won it... its TRUE the league wanted this to go 7 and they proved it with the last game and looked like it in the 1st quarter of this game BUT celtics were just too good for a couple crappy refs to sway the game.

Next year when the Lakers have one of the top few regular season records we'll hear it again from those idiot fanboys....

We all know the only way Kobe gets another title is if he'll ever decide to take the back seat to Gasol and Bynum. Gasol got fucked up in this game but Gasol is NOT a Center, he simply got overpowered and manhandled. When he's back at PF where he belongs he doesn't have Perkins knocking him around. Garnett even being defensive player of the year doesn't overpower many people in this league. Most of his stats come from "help defense" and he got the award because the celtics simply play the best team D in the league all lead by him. I don't think Garnett is actually even a top 5 defensive player but you have to give that award to somebody on the Celtics

Even if we get Lakers/Celtics again next year Kobe will still be Kobe....
