I think this Shaun Monk guy was one of the guys that was about to back me up when I was seriously gonna fuck this drunk guy up inside of a greasy spoon near the Cybernet show.. These three guys came in and one was talking a gang of shit and acting really really stupid.. I tried to cut him some slack as he put it when I told him to stfu the first time.
At one point he asked where me and my girlfriend were from and she said where, he started making fun of the place saying it was trash, at that point I told him to knock the shit off, he chilled out, then he started tapping and banging on the table a bunch, and talking more shit.. my girl got extremely annoyed and told them to please stop... Then this guy damn near got his face smashed into a table by me when he talked down to my girlfriend..
At that point the waiters in the resturaunt basicly saved this guys life by telling him to get the fuck out of their joint.. I showed major restraint because my girl was holding my hand telling me not to get up.. That guy woulda had a REALLY bad night..
I really think this guy Shaun Monk was one of the guys there who said he would have gotten up to back me up because it would have been 3 on 1..I'm here for the violence!Comment

After more than 5 years in the cam business,I m looking to concentrate more on my model management business and move away from cams.
Im offering a cam site(co brand) that has been around for over 3 years,when I launched it I spent a lot of money on goggle and other places to get it established.
I would say that I have spent about $7,000 on it when I first set it up.
The domain is http://www.bluecams.com
Revenues are between $300-$600 a month,no hosting fees or other expense.
I do not send any traffic to it ,its all regulars and new visitors from listings that I guess are all over the place after 3 or more years.
The site has 1000,s of registered members and must have sold over 1/2 million bucks of pvt minutes to date.(I havent calculated it)
Traffic is small but as I said consistant about 250 uniques a month,its not the quantity of traffic its if it spends.(its easy to say a million hits and they are all chinese).
Best part: I can give you access to over 3 years independant 3rd party stats that I have no control over to prove income?

Claire (if this is even you writing), we met in person at the show, so I think you know that I am actually a very mellow person.
While I was somewhat direct in my previous questioning directed towards you here on GFY, I certainly was not hostile, as others regrettably were.
I actually believe I met Shaun at Rock the Ball too (since I have now seen his picture and recall his outfit), although he did not identify himself by name.
I certainly would have been civil towards him if he had identified himself, because that is the way I am. I have nothing personal against some of the people that I am at odds with on Forums such as this.
By it's nature, a Forum is where people express/hash out differing opinions.
I'll be honest, Shaun/TORTOISE has been less than forthright about a good many things, and as a result strikes me thus far as a somewhat shady character.
He has been given the opportunity to come out in the open and come clean, but instead he so far chooses to hide in the shadows and have others do his bidding.
I think we made amends, I toasted with you (albeit I was drinking water and somewhat distracted with all that I was attending to - I had 35 employees to manage that night), but nonetheless, I thought we had made amends, just as I did with Robbie, Jerry and everyone else that I met that night whom have had board differences with me.
I may have strong opinions and be passionate about certain things, but I try to keep an open mind and can be persuaded to change my point of view should someone make a solid and persuasive argument. I'm certainly not a violent person by nature.
Events like Rock the Ball are for people to have fun at, not for settling scores or perceived injustices. It seemed like you had a good time, as did almost everyone I observed at the party, so my sponsorship money was well spent.
Finally, I would suggest that you don't do anything because Shaun, or anyone else, made you do it. He's not your pimp...
I've been in the adult biz for nearly ten years and in mainstream corporate business for much longer, and I have never made someone do something against their will.
Anyway, I sincerely wish Claire (the person I met at Rock the Ball), well. My comments in this thread about Shaun, were primarily directed towards him.

I don't have a side in this (besides that of laughing), but I still don't get what Claire's company does? I know about a dozen people have asked and not been answered. I didn't get a degree in marketing nor have I run Sony, but I would believe that if a ton of people are interested in your business, you'd be more than happy to tell them exactly what you do.
The only thing I know is that it has something to do with wearing t-shirts at shows. Am I wrong? I mean, is this "marketing business" just some girls who wear unflattering t-shirts at shows?Comment

We did no promotion in San Francisco as it was a show we did not attend personally, when we do promotions at events we do more than just t-shirt girls and handing out cards as I believe you need a mixture of exposure and entertainment.
We worked with Claire and Shaun before in NYC and I was very pleased with the result, not only did they do the promotion we hired them to do, they also whent out of their way helping us putting a last minute party together as there was one night with only an afterparty scheduled, we started organizing it in the morning, and had a full house in the evenning. Obviously it wasnt in the same class as some of the bigger sponsored events you see around, however with a 12 hour notice I think it was done very well, people had a good time and got a ton of positive feedback followed by new contacts as well
I'm not going to discuss pricing with you nor anyone else for any kinds of sponsorship we do, I think the value we get justify the costs of their work.
I look forward to be working with Claire again as she understand the concept of mixing business with pleasure at shows unlike what you may see from other event promotion companies (I've been in business for about 10 years now so I've seen a bit of everything)
As for all the board drama, it seems to be controlled at the moment by 2-3 individuals that seems more like stalkers than someone concerned about the actual business Claire & co is doingI buy plugs
