You wont have the same protein value with those eggs as you do getting them from a farm who lets their chooks out daily. They also likely have a higher cholesterol from being grain fed rather than eating a more natural diet.
BUT it's better than caged birds for sure.

eek! I can't sit close to the kitchen that is for sure. but at the same time, it's hard to make eating and food changes that still support my lifestyle while not supporting things like you describe. I could dig 10 acres !!
