SlickCash is Hiring ? Webmaster/Sales Position available

Slickcash is happy to announce we are on the search for a new addition to our team. This is a full time position and will be remote.

Responsibilities
- Oversee Tube submissions with existing partner accounts. Seek and find new partner accounts with tube sites.
- Manage Webcam model scheduling. Seek new talent and negotiate hourly rates with models
- Follow up on sales leads sent by management.
- Identify and recruit new affiliates to drive traffic to our pay sites.
- Manage and send weekly member mailings, this includes content creation in pre-existing templates.
- Oversee design of custom ad tools such as landing pages, banners and other requested creatives by affiliates

Skills
- High drive to succeed and self-motivated.
- Understanding of adult paysites and all related revenue streams associated
- Ability to understand numbers, tracking and trends associated with the ever changing adult marketplace
- Ability to multitask and have multiple projects in development at once.

Qualifications
- 4+ years in the online adult industry.
- Strong knowledge of pay site revenue models.
- Proficient in HTML
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to communicate clearly and available for weekly conference calls.

Additional skills but not required
- Media Buying experience
