No I am talking about cards/accounts that you don't need ID to get...
They have no trace of you to evade tax.
You have the card sent to wherever you want it to be sent and then use it to withdra cash from the anonymous account with the card that doesn't have your name on it at any ATM...
NO ONE has heard of them??????????????????????

No I am not trying to avoid taxes... was just thinking it was handy wy for me to be paid by people in the US... since it is my choice whether I give them my details or make it anonymous. Especially since there is a card attached the account and I can withdraw from it anywhere in the world.Comment

set up a family trust.. thats a very simple way to pool tax-free/low-tax thresholds..
the credit card linked to an offshore account is the #1 poorest way to evade tax. if you're going to do the offshore thing, do it properly but be prepared to spend lots on money on accountants.Comment

Bhutocracy is right. To do offshore correctly costs more than most advertisements say. Anyone can set up an offshore biz and bank account for less than $2,100 but maintenance will get you in the end. The cards are ok. It's not worth the hassle IMHO. Most times you have to depsosit 125% of your spending limit and you have to trust these shady "banks" to be around for more than a year. If you think about it, as easy as it is to set up a bank offshore ($30,000) these people sometimes do the same thing that shady freehosts do ... build up a number of accounts then shut down and dissappear.
You will be better off seeing a decent tax guy. You can end up only paying 10% in taxes if you find a good one.I've trusted my sites to them for over a decade...
