Jenner family sources tell TMZ, Bruce told cops he was being chased by as many as 5 paparazzi when he rear ended the white car. He says he was not drinking and volunteered to do a field sobriety test, which we're told he passed.

I think they need laws against paparazzi chasing celebs. Granted they didn't force him to speed and rear-end the car but clearly they played a major roll in causing this death. Hell TMZ even have pics of the actual wreck as it was happening proving his point that he was being chased by them.

Wow love how TMZ left out that the Lexus hit the car infront of her before Jenner hit her. Even the photos they took cropped out the front of the lexus that was wrecked before..

this sounds like a freak accident when you add in the 4th car and I can't see jenner being charged with murder for this.

Thought something was off with the TMZ story cause you just don't go high speeds while towing a trailer.
