    Affiliate site for sale. Make an estimated 60k a month.

    I have a project that I havent been able to complete
    as of yet due to other circumstances.

    I've made about 60k off of this site. Most came from
    free organic traffic from seo. The rest was made via
    ppc.

    A good canidate for this site is someone who understand
    seo and would be capable of building new links for this
    site/campaign or have the ability to outsource it.

    In Yahoo the site is on page 4 for the main keyword.

    In MSN it's on page 2 for the main keyword.

    The main keyword get 500,000 to over a 1,000,000,000
    searches a month. Varies from month to month.

    I would like to have finished this project as it would mean
    about $60,000.00 a month at least.

    So due to my unfortunate circumstances you can take over
    and get this baby off 3'rd base and on to home at the top
    of the search engines for it's main keyword and reap the
    cash rewards awaiting you.

    If I accept a low offer now you must promise me that you'll
    pay me an additional $10,000.00 after you've made all of your
    money back and your checks reach a certain level that we both
    agree on.

    I'll even help out because I know I'll get the larger part of this
    deal sooner.

    Sales right now are 0. As I havent really touched this site none
    this year and not whole lot last year.

    Im looking to talk to buyers...people with money in their account
    right now and can spend some of it once you're are completely
    satisfied.

              Traffic has died down on it. It's still prime meat.

              Thats why I said it would be best for someone
              who understands seo and more importantly can
              create a fresh seo campaign for this project.

                                                                          I see a month where you had around 77.000 visits as your highest. That would mean you made almost $0.8 pr. visitor! That seems faily unlikely.
                                                                          Was it before the time of those stats or did you really make $0.8 per not unique visit?

                                                                                      That does seem kind of fishy to me as well. Even if you made $0.10 per unique visitor that would be pretty good money, from what I've seen $1 per 1k visitors is fairly standard, $2 per 1k would be awesome, but you're saying that with 77k visitors, you're not making $77 or even $154, you're making $60,000 for the month, which means you're making $1 for every 1.28 visitors?? Please explain.

                                                                                          The highest i made in 1 2 week period was
                                                                                          just a little over 5k.

                                                                                          This was from just a small fraction of the
                                                                                          amount of searches made for the main
                                                                                          keyword.

                                                                                          With that said if the site was on the first
                                                                                          page (top 5) for it's main keyword pulling 60k
                                                                                          a month would be nothing.

                                                                                          This is why I want to only sale the site to A:
                                                                                          Someone who know what their doing seo wise.
                                                                                          B: Someone who have the clout to finish this
                                                                                          project.

                                                                                                              the amount of keywords used to find
                                                                                                              this site.

                                                                                                              What does that mean? Probably not much.

                                                                                                              But what does it mean when you did nothing
                                                                                                              to target more than 2000 keywords and they're
                                                                                                              just handed to you freely?

                                                                                                              Regardless if any money came from those
                                                                                                              keywords or not (i suppose some did) it
                                                                                                              indicates the readiness of the search engines
                                                                                                              to accept this site more higher into their
                                                                                                              family so to speak and bet on it to satisfy
                                                                                                              their visitors quest...

Put an simple NDA together if you wont even bother to share the url via email...... No way am I going to jump through hoops to get the good fortune of actually seeing what your selling. Happy to sign an NDA though,
