            Starting this stuff up just drew clear lines for affiliates who are going to want to promote a site that updates with new, exclusive material.

            Basically, the first webmaster could have profitted from the uncertainty or ignorance of affiliates and surfers about which site was really official. I'm not saying it's perfectly ethical, just that it in the end he could have profitted from silence.

            With time the fact that one site updates and the other rotates would have become obvious.

            Now it's already obvious.

            I agree that this should of never went this far, and also agree time will tell if she doesnt update for her first site and only her new one, but I think all 3 parties are in it for one thing MONEY, but things could have been done in a better manner then this.

            I think her doing that video was not a good idea because other companies might frown upon that, I understand why it was done but still does not prove anything really. If she still shoots for Nick doesnt matter if its for a client that does make me think at least that she is bullshitting and in the end just hurting herself.

                                                I don't care if it was pirated it's art... My original point was that the designer just cut and pasted those vector elements to create the base of the site design.. didn't re-arrange them or anything.. designer code of ethics says thats a no no..

                                                                                                            The trigger was the old webmaster stomping in with accusations before MediumPimpin' even announced the new site. MP has come out saying they hoped this was just a tantrum and let bygones be bygones.

                                                                                                            Maybe Yurizan pulled a fast one on the old site, and maybe for good reasons, maybe not - maybe the old webmaster knew she was moving on and just wanted to start drama to make people think MP was a culprit, that his was still the "official site.

                                                                                                            That's why I'm saying a timeline or explanation of why and when would clear things up. It's entirely up to the model, in the end - it's HER ass out there in the affiliates' tools, on the site, in the tours...

                                                                                                            As an outsider, I wouldn't frown on the vid at all. Seems she's being being diplomatic and circumspect and backing her new partners. I appreciate her low key non-antagonistic approach, and can tell she only did the vid because it would at least draw the line.

                                                                                                            If she shot for someone who allegedly claimed he was acting for another site as a subterfuge, it's his reputation on the line. It was his last shoot with that model.

                                                                                                            Yurizan shot with other photogs or for/with other sites while she was with while working the first site, that's not a sin. It's money on the side, it's work. From Danni.com to BustyCafe...

                                                                                                            A model has to trust a photographer to work with him regularly; she may not even know where the stuff will end up. If what this guy did is true, he broke a trust just for one last set out of her for the old site.

                                                                                                            Like I said, if she bitched out on the first guy it was probably for a reason; what she does after that is entirely and justifiably up to her. If he still has a couple years worth of material of her as he claimed in another thread, he should have just taken it like a man and gone on to crank up his marketing and leave all this thread space blank.

Although I will admit in the video it did seem like she didn't want to say certain things, but maybe thats just my interpetation. That being said, I know the MP guys and they have always been on the up and up. I know their designer as well, and he is on the up and up. Can't believe people wanna hate on a designer because they used some stock artwork, lol.

We have never stolen a model from anoteher program, in this situation Yurizan was done shooting with them for a while she was not happy with a few things and thats her business to discuss. Months after she was done with them we got in contact with her.

                                                                                                                                                                        This was not a one day layover and a new site was up...
