And she is getting paid by both of us, to me that is not a problem, i am still shooting her and she is getting paid from the site Sweetyurizan., i still have a contract and as far as it is concerned I do not care what they say, I have moved on in my thinking, their site has pushed our site, way up and it has never been better. Once a scumbag always a scumbag, that is what the whole group of them are for approaching the girl behind her agents back and telling her she will make $200,000 a year with them. That is what her agent told me. I posted what she made with me last year and what she has made with me this year. I do not put people in headlights out in some room in Palm springs and ask them questions, then put it all over the internet. I have been shooting her since the day after she turned 18 and will keep shooting her till she doesn't want any more of my money...It makes for good content, the sad thing is they have put her in this situation.. I would never do that, I replied in anger towards them when I discovered the site and I apologized to her personally. I have nothing more to say to Eddie aka Mike, MP , dick wad Mailman that sits behind a computer all day posting shit on the internet. All of you GFY. Nickey1952 then post your contract. I am sure there are many affiliates that will not promote none of the versions until it is resolved. Some of us do not think it is the site owners but the model itself. That would be fixed by a contract now would it not?

I'm not involved at all, but I just had to point out that you're taking a completely one-sided view of this. I've read quite a few posts before where the guys promoting sweetyurizan.com have been bashing MP - in fact, the first I even heard about all of this drama was a thread made by one of her old webmaster talking shit about "media pimps" (and it looks like he still can't get their name right...). So if you're going to condemn MP for trying to "fuck up" the guys who run her old site, what do you call what the other guys are doing, and why do you not seem to have a problem with their tactics as well?

Reading between the lines, here's what I think has happened... WM1 had a contract with her to have content of her on a site... I've read a few of these solo girl contracts and the vast majority aren't worth shit... I have a strong feeling that the contract does not state that the site will be her "official" site and I doubt it had any wording that she was locked in for the duration of the contract to NOT be able to open another site in her name or to shoot content for another site that bares her name.. I also suspect that it probably is in force for a couple more years but is poorly written such that they can continue to run the site with her likeness and content for that time frame.. The one thing I'm not sure about though is whether or not her 50% revenue from the site is also in force for that time frame.. WM1 seems to indicate it is, but she said it isn't.. So one of them is lieing.
I suspect there are lies on both sides (more so on her part than MPs)... As part of all this, MP should have seen her previous contract by now and yet they have not said anything about it. If they haven't, then that's just crazy.. Even IF she's lost her copy or something, she should be able to get a copy, or a lawyer should be able to easily get a copy as well. However, given MP isn't taking legal action, I suspect a lot of what WM1 has said about his contract is true. Given WM1 isn't taking legal action, I suspect my analysis of their contract is close to being accurate as well. Although from their end of things it doesn't seem to be worth the effort.
As After Shock Media said, what she says on a video tape means squat. At this point, I for one need to see some concrete proof. Hell, I'd be willing to sign a non-disclosure to review both contracts for myself so I knew which to promote.Comment

I am not sticking particularly for anyone, I was pointing out that one affiliate program is fucking over another, and all that for a model who will be long gone when all of us are still here. Just because your paycheck comes from one of the programs involved doesn't mean you have to hate on someone who doesn't agree with the program you work for. Different opinions and views is what makes this world go around. It's really that simple.

My affiliates that make me money and make her money and make themselves money are very happy with the site. I would not stoop to such crappy behavior cause this only hurts her, not me. If she doesn't have a copy with her own lawyer, agent or whatever, then have Yurizan go thru a lawyer to send WM1 a C&D from using her likeness and name unless they can prove they have those rights via a copy of the contract. She has the right to get the contract from them whereas you guys don't.Comment

As far as I understand, that's the thing -- Yurizan just does not care even if she has two sites by now she just wants to move on while her old webmasters won't let it go.
I think I speak for all of us when I say we just want to leave this behind us and focus on making money with the new site. Yurizan likes the new site better, the design, the style of the photography and the high level of professionalism you can expect from Medium Pimpin.
No need to bash each other and create drama over something like this.
People that promote MP in the past knows that they are on top of their stuff and got their affiliates backs, no need to worry.

If it is true then MP or the other company needs to figure out the proper thing to do. Just saying she does not care does not help with the issue of trusting her and that is the main issue. You know what's funny to me, everyone in this thread is calling Nick a scumbag and what not, funny thing is he has been doing this longer then most of you. You probably pushed or bought content he shot. It might have nothing to do with the situation but it shows how little some of you know about others in this business and the sheep in here who have gotten a free drink at a show will always say that MP is Top nothc ans they are stand up guys. Every one knows that that is how gfy works.
However fact is STILL that Nick had been running her site since 2005, pumped in a ton of money to get it where its at today.
The MP comes along and promises this girl 200k (allegedly) and opens another site, MP happens to buy content that Nick shot years ago (they probably didn't even know) shows how much they knew I guess.
Then when Nick calls them out for being dicks for doing this, MP starts to drum up it's affiliates and GFY Bro's to slam the initial webmaster with crap. It's ridicilous that you went as far as you did with this video, you can say what you want. You put a young girl in front of a camera just to see how far she would slam Nick.
The thing is you are both still shooting her, the newspaper thing and the video both proof that she is shooting with each of you, and as long as there is money coming she will keep doing so.
The issue is as to which is her "Official" site. Well I personally say it is her first site.
And no matter how you turn it or no matter how many little soldiers MP puts in this thread, you are low for stabbing another webmaster in the back like you did over a model. very fucking low.

The one thing I hate is girls who get into bad deals with guys who never deliver on their promises. There are so many solo girl sites that never make money because they are run by people who don't have a clue about the industry.
Medium Pimpin has a track record of being one of the very few companies that can make solo girls money. They work very fair deals with the models and deliver more than just about any other company out there.
If a girl that had potential came to me and told me she wasn't happy with her current situation and was looking for a new home I would definitely try to work a deal with the girl. I'm personally fed up of models being misled by idiots that have no clue how to run an affiliate program and truly maximize the value of the model.
I've done business with Nick and he is a good photographer. So I'm not trying to attack him in anyway. All I'm saying is that if I was MP i would have probably done the same thing.Comment

I doubt she has a bad deal with either parties, in this case the model is not being screwed she is trying to screw the webmasters. I think yes if she was unhappy she one should of said so and got out of what she had with Nick before entering into another deal with anyone doesnt matter if it was MP or someone else.
I would not doubt if someone else offers her a better deal then MP there will be 3 offical websites of her.

Seems like Yurizan pretty much cleared up the debate of which site is her "official" site.
I think a lot of name calling and argument could be abated if we had a sort of timeline here...
I mean, if she has a contract stake in her first site, then they have an obligation to pay her and she'd be nuts not to take the cash, right?
But what happened that she got another site? Or why did she stop shooting for her first site in the first place? A fight with the partner? Did she do it behind his back? If so, why?
If I was the first site's webmaster I would have just not said anything, maintained the old site, rotate the content and move on with new sites and girls, whatever.
She's not a patent or copyright, she's a human being; if she stopped shooting for me and didn't tell me it was either because I was an asshole or she was a bitch; either way it's her way of saying fuck you. Me, I'm philosophical, I'd just go on my way.
Starting this stuff up just drew clear lines for affiliates who are going to want to promote a site that updates with new, exclusive material.
Basically, the first webmaster could have profitted from the uncertainty or ignorance of affiliates and surfers about which site was really official. I'm not saying it's perfectly ethical, just that it in the end he could have profitted from silence.
With time the fact that one site updates and the other rotates would have become obvious.
Now it's already obvious.

If Nick is shooting for Score and they want Yurizan why cant she go? Business is Business.. shes in it to make money as is Nick, its just a shame these games are played and tricks are part of it.
We have never taken a model from another site and many models have asked us to take over their site while they are still with another program and we will not do it no matter who the model is simply for this reason. Yurizan was done with them for a while before we even talked to her.Comment
