Not sure about sex.com, but his freeware plugin can grab content form anything which has an RSS feed:

Also I have a plugin which automatically pins images from WP posts/pages to pinterest.com, tapiture.com, sex.com, smutty.com and some other pinboards. Saves a lot of time, especially if you have 100's of WP sites with 1000's of images on each.
