    Is there a homepage template I can buy that looks like this?

    I like this design a lot Adam4Adam - Free online dating & hookup, chat, cam
    nav bar up top with login on the right, huge image in middle, signup/login in the middle, and some additional information below
    All very neatly done. Is there a template like this?

                  when i look up templates i just see wordpress stuff but this isnt wordpress

                      It's easy to create something like the one the GSpot dude just posted above using BootStrap or Foundation.

                      Another option is ThemeForest. These ones here are all HTML/CSS based templates that don't need any specific CMS.

                                          If you really like that 90´s layout, just clone it.

                                          Example I liked xHamster layout, so I cloned it to Wordpress.

                                              Absolutely. Which is why I mentioned my site. My web designer created it with (as some one had already mentioned) bootstrap & it's html5, at least good for the future with mobile
