    Today I got asked for my ID

    I was buying a bottle of Chardonnay and that fucking troll asked me for my ID and if I was already 16. WTF? I didn't shave in like 4 days and am in my mid 20's. Actually that guy at the mall was way younger than me, maybe 17.

          Some places card everyone despite their age. Also odds are he was just doing the job his boss told him to do. Typically around here though they seem to card you until you look about 40-50.

                          Even though it is nice to be carded every time I buy smokes and booze (I am 28) it does get annoying! I think the worse part about looking young is having a hard time meeting chicks my age!

                                      It seems like people in this thread missed the "16" part. It's normal to get carded in your 20s in the US but I think he's in a country where 16 is the legal drinking age. Looking under 21 is a compliment, but looking under 16... not so much.
