    My Trillian is not lighting up when messages come in

    I recently went over from using ICQ and AIM as separate programs to using Trillian and I never see a message right when it comes in now, which kind of defeats the point of instant messaging. When I get an instant AIM or ICQ message, nothing lights up or pops up.

    Anyone else have this problem and know how to fix it?

              I have that same problem with trillian. MSN works fine but ICQ sometimes doesn't blink, but also it starts blinking sometimes even when no message was sent.

                  Go to >> Trillian Preferences >> When a new message window is created ... >>> Show the window on the desktop ...


                  How comes it says you are never online on ICQ? I added you a few months back, need to talk about SpookyCash with ya ...

                      My trillian won't even connect to ICQ today..I would take it not blinking at this stage.

                          I sent a few messages and people didn't get them.. I guess I'll go back to ICQ or I'll maybe install Pidgin...
