MikeSmoke, go with tevs. Tevs rocks, coded create for seo's. I have hardly put any time in with mine and yet first page google (top 5) for a lot of searches.

Tevs is easy as hell to work with as well. My icq is 63877860 if you have any questions

I just installed a copy on Monday for testing and it looks like pretty much everything can be changed. It might require a little PHP, which is all I know, but I've been able to make quite a few changes.

I just need a good designer with some free time

We also have TEVS v1.1 coming out very soon. Has a lot more functions then the original but very easy to update from v1.0 to v1.1.

More on that soon.
