    what's the strongest cleanser?

    i am painting a room that hasn't been painted in 10 years - so i need to clean the walls first. what's the best cleanser?
    I moved my sites to Vacares Hosting. I've saved money, my hair is thicker, lost some weight too! Thanks Sly!

              Use a rag or sponge to wipe the walls with the tsp/water solution. Then go by with a rag and clean water.
