Google returns search results depending on what account you are logged into.
Nothing you do matters to Google (and I guess you already knew that). As an experiment, I made all kinds of insane comments about Adam Lambert. Of course those comments do not show up unless I am logged into the Google account that MADE those comments.
But they are still there.
