Anyone know? The % rate doesnt matter at all, I always pay my bills well before they get a chance to tag on the interest anyway

Citibank. Try getting a card from a bank that is in Canada and in the United States.

Royal USD Gold card is really the only good one I could find. TD has a US currency one too but it has no rewards, its $25/year instead of $65/year for RBC's, but RBC's has better rewards. Those are the only 2 cards I could find that were comparable.

Bank of Montreal has a US dollar corporate card, and you can also get 1% cash back:

so you need to have a corporation setup with BMO to use that card?

The TD card is not available in every province. My bank advised me to use an Ontario address if I want it.

Each dollar spent = 1 reward point. You can then redeem points for travel, merchandise, gift certificates or even RRSP contributions on RBCRewards.com. It works out to about a 1% ratio (each dollar you spend, you get about a 1c worth of rewards via rbcrewards.com).
