to the subject... I have noticed an increase in overall food costs here in ventura county. pretty annoying, but I just adjust and adapt. I think it was sly that mentioned the hysteria surrounding today's economy issues, and I totally see the hysteria... in the people, in the media... my job takes me to many different homes in a day, and I hear the woes at most of them.

I suppose we should be happy that most of us live in societies where we can simply adapt. Which is probably why we haven't had the food riots some parts of the world have had in the past couple months.

You and my mother would get along great. Now because she spent her life making sure she stayed under 100 pounds (she's 5'1") her face looks terrible because the skin just hangs there and she has to give herself shots every day because her bones are deteriorating. The doctor told her if she had just lived her life 20 pounds heavier she probably could have avoided the bone issue completely. Now she is in danger of even a simple fall breaking a bone. My grandmother was the same way and spent the last 20 years of her life in a bone breaking healing process of some sort - hips, arms, legs....

She's always "taken care of herself" - exercising, eating right, etc. but just went overboard trying to look good. Being underweight is just as dangerous as being overweight.

Due to my family history I will have a bone scan every 5 years. At 45 they were perfect. I thank me for enjoying eating

I don't HAVE TO WORK HARD TO BE UNDER 100 LBS! It comes naturally. My body is this way NATURALLY. I used to eat unhealthy for MANY years including burgers, fast food and after gaining a lot of weight I am still under 100 lbs. I am small-boned by nature.

Once I hit 30 I decided to eat healthy, it's NOT TO LOSE WEIGHT but to be perfectly TONED and FIT, and to get a SIX PACK.

I am tired of people thinking I am underweight because I just happen to be born with a high metabolism. It's not my fault that most people in America are overweight when they eat less than me and I can probably eat twice as much as them and never even come CLOSE to their weight. I was blessed genetically in many ways. I see a lot of fat people eating little and they are still fat while I can eat a lot and STILL be thin. I was born this way. A lot of people (not you, but others) are haters and cannot stand the fact that I could be this way naturally.

A lot of big people are envious of me because they used to see me eating a lot but not getting fat. Overweight people do not want to accept that there are people like me who are this way naturally. It just drives them crazy. It's not my fault I have good genes. What can I say, life is not fair. (for them anyways). It'sgreat for me tho. The point is not that I want to lose weight, I want to be fit. Even tho I am under 100 lbs my abs are not defined and its started to get bigger... yes. And I want to be fit like a star.

My natural body weight (without dieting and with eating quite a lot) is still under 100lbs. BTW, you don't know my height, (which I don't feel like posting on here) but my weight is in proportion to my body.

i am under 100lbs but my belly is still big for my body. I want it to be defined. I want my legs to be more toned.

I want to look perfect and there is nothing wrong with that. You haven't seen me in person I am small boned. If I was 105 lbs it would look abnormally big for my body. Everyone is built different.

I want my body to be rock hard, not lose weight. I don't want to lose weight. Besides, MUSCLE WEIGHS MORE THAN FAT.

I have to eat healthy now because for many years I abused my body by eating fast food, fries, processed foods, in n out, pizza, butter, pasta etc VERY VERY fattening foods and I am STILL under 100lbs. I never had to struggle to weigh what I do. It comes naturally. It is me. It is who I am. I was born this way. I pigged out for years and I'm still not fat.

I have only been on a healthy kick for like a month so far. And I don't plan to lose weight, except around my stomach, I want to be fit and toned. That is healthy. That is sexy. Just being skinny with no muscle tone is not "in", you need muscle definition.
