This is not news to me. I only ever had anything to say about AK and his crusade when he started his unwarranted attacks on me in public... and continued to do so even though I showed him numerous times that we react when people violate our terms. I guess I was just an easy target.
To be honest until he started doing that, I didn't give two shits about his campaign, in fact at one point I even gave his cause money because Johnnyclips spammed everyone with PMs begging for money and I figured why the hell not - maybe it works and I operate pay sites.
Just so it's clear: AK has sent me an e-mail asking to co-operate. I've told him that unless he shuts down his competing service (PornBlogs.XXX | Thousands of XXX Porn Blogs) there will be no more co-operation between me and him.
He is of course, always welcome to keep reporting sites or posts he finds from users using my service and I will react as I have always done - though posting it here rather than e-mailing is not the fastest solution. Again this has been pointed out a number of times.
Right now we are doing a giant data migration, as soon as that is done, I will have that site he posted dealt with.But.... I pulled out...Comment

When you do nothing to prevent the exploitation of your service by file lockers then you paint a great big bullseye on your site. You could deprive file locker affiliates of the use of your site by simply banning them from posting any file locker domain, not a difficult programming task. Even GFY replaces some text with hahahahahaha

Firstly, that service is run by a company that is not even owned directly by me (it's held by a separate holding company and I am at arms length from it's day to day operation), secondly it's not competing as (1) you need an invitation code to become a member whereas you let anyone set up a blog (2) it does not allow file sharing sites, streaming sites, illegal tubes or other piracy related sites to use the service (3) The service is only for affiliates of adult pay sites. It's not open slather like your service.

Copy Control & Adult IP has ZERO connection to AdultKing P/L. Saying you won't work to mitigate copyright with Adult IP because another company runs a service you have your knickers in a knot about is pretty lame.
You said in your email for me to shut down a service (run by AdultKing P/L) you perceive as competitive before you would work with Adult IP to control the copyright issues you seem to have had repeatedly on your blog for more than a year.
I obviously gave you more credit than you deserve, here I was thinking you'd be keen to rid yourself of piracy quickly rather than making more work for everyone in dealing with your users transgressions.Comment

Nobody can say they are fully without copyright infringement. People are uploading lots of stuff. Home movies, photos, stuff to email, ect.
We already went through that. You posted a bunch of fake screens. Refused to show any URL. None of those files existed at that time.
You used some fancy "linked to imgah" headline to make it seem like stuff was being hidden. It was so straight forward. A URL redirect and I posted in the thread with my actual account. Nothing fancy about it. There's other image hosts as well.Comment

You could prevent piracy by refusing to accept traffic from all of these piracy sources.

I've posted several images full of live links to piracy on your site and you're complaining about three months ago.
You pay people money to upload content to your file locker, they aren't uploading videos of their grandmothers 100th birthday, they're uploading popular copyright infringing content.

I wasn't asking whether I host illegal content. I was pointing out you faked screenshots of yonzy website content to post in your thread to fit your agenda. I've been asking for these URLs for months.
That stuff you posted was not on the servers when you took screens of yonzy. I checked. You're quick to post 3rd party URLs, but wouldn't even take a second to post proof of the content you took screens of.
Was there other illegal files? I donno, probably. I'm not saying there is nothing illegal on there. The majority is not and illegal files are deleted quickly.
