Embeded vids are better for affliates as it saves on bandwith, but if you have to download the movies in zip format then I guess flv would be the best as most of the tube movies are converted to flv when uploaded..

The best would be an RSS feed, that we could pole once a week and get new content. So that every time you want to post something on our sites, you could make a new entry in your RSS feed with a description, thumbnail location, and video URLComment
