how is it that there can be an article about a "book deal" affecting the outcome of the trial... with no mention of the book deal in the article, or any suggestion whatsoever that they were offered a book deal during the course of the tria, or had made this decision prior to the outcome or verdict?
seriously... the adult biz has to have more illiterate, reactionary people than any other industry on the planet.
obviously it all happened after the fact and this is his attorney implying that the very idea might have been considered during the trial which would influence their decision. seems like a tough argument to make being that the jury had came to the judge telling him there was no way they could reach a unanimous decision.Comment

Seems like a legit excuse to me for a new trial. They could easily argue the jury was paid to convict him to make the deal on the book. I mean who would want to read the book if he got off? The book deal is worthless at that point.
I hope they through the book at this jury, that has to be against the law.In November, you can vote for America's next president or its first dictator.Comment
