Looking back over the last year

How was your year? Did you travel, do you get a new hobby or toy? Did you expand on your business or employment?
Did you see a good movie?

My favorite movie was Guardians of the galaxy, favorite thing the president did, start working on relations with Cuba.

I traveled to China, the Terracotta warriors and the great wall were impressive

    I got a new Harley, a 09 Dyna Lowrider

I'm now working with CrossClickMedia and will be formally launching in the next 2 weeks with an offering of making money off politics, a super pac for Hillary Clinton. I'm also taking over The Adult Spot and a few other things

Other than that, I've been planning my wedding in July.

So for me, been a pretty good year
Carbon is not the problem, it makes up 0.041% of our atmosphere , 95% of that is from Volcanos and decomposing plants and stuff. So people in the US are responsible for 13% of the carbon in the atmosphere which 95% is not from Humans, like cars and trucks and stuff and they want to spend trillions to fix it while Solar Panel plants are powered by coal plants
    think about that

Always expanding, just need to continue organizing to become more efficient. Travel just my normal Tampa Christmas road trip.

Overall, 2014 not a bad year. Spent some time in Aruba. Bought two new vehicles. Rode the roller coaster of job promotions at my day job.

At the moment we're makin' plans for our second trip to Nashville in late spring.

After our youngest daughter graduates college this spring (with honors! proud papa) and leaves the nest - probably putting our 128 yr. old house on the market this summer - hoping to downsize to a comfie bungalow without stairs.

Frankly, although I have much to be grateful for in 2014, the year also brought a lot of frustration, murk, and disappointment. I didn't really get the game-changing event I was hoping for.

But, the conditions are ripe for a paradigm shift for me, and now that I think about it, I appear to be on a four year cycle for them. The last one was precipitated by a major, unpredicted, catastrophic event for me in spring of 2011 that ended up working out for the best. So, I'm looking forward to 2015 with both excitement and rational fear. Hegel at work.

My daughter graduated college and then moved back in. She's looking for a career now. I feel you on the stairs. We own a condo. 3 floors including the garage, but it's a 4 car garage! When we get around to retiring we'll rent this place out, build a place in northern California in the foot hills of Shasta county

I spent more time working on my home and family life than any previous year. It felt great to get off the computer more than normal. Now it's time to get back to work, with an equal balance of course

2014 was a good year. My family and friends were healthy, so that's good
For 2014 I wanted to socialize more and I did just that.

Not sure what to wish for 2015 though..

2014 was a mixed bag for me. Lots of work and tons of shooting for my own site, but it feels GREAT to have so much "in the bank" to allow me to focus on future plans. My job with FFN continues to be exciting and challenging, which I love. Never a dull moment there. Socially the year was a bit dull as I became a bit more (was that even possible?) a homebody. I really need to get out more this year, but also need to figure out how to do this without breaking the bank. This year I realized my parents are seniors. They're still healthy, but it wasn't a happy realization. In short, I think I'm ready for a new year!
