OK, been busy recovering from InterNext and trying to get caught up on things at home after being gone for over a week.
So far we have over 40 people working on sites for the contest.
I have had a bunch of requests for clarification on what is required for the design entries and I'm going to see if I can clear things up a little.
*The site logo: The old Privategold.com site (which CEN has already yanked) used the Private company logo as seen on the Private.com website. We are not requiring you to use the same logo or font but if you have something similar we wont mind you using it. I am trying to get the exact font used by Private. If I get it I will post a link to it in here. If you want to come up with something new and original feel free to do so. This is the NEW privategold.com
Hype Text: Since this is a brand-new site the members area is still developing and growing. We will no doubt have a huge members area but we don't have any specific #'s on amount of pics, live shows and videos, etc.. We DO know some of the content that will be carried. We have the whole Private library which includes over a million pics and 100K+ videos. We have Private live shows as well. Private will be doing exclusive photo shoots just for Privategold.com so that can be mentioned on the tours. PrivateGold.com will not focus on any one niche but will be a mega site with all types of niches similar to those found on Private.com
Format: We will need all entries to be submitted in a .zip format with all HTML and graphics included. We will be putting each entry in it's own directory in order to judge them. Please include .PSD files if possible, although if we need any changes done to any winning tour we will pay the designer to make the changes.
The current deadline is midnight August 19. All entries must be sent to [email protected] in a .zip format. We will place all entries online to be judged.
Sorry this contest has been a little hectic. The schedule dictated by the lawyers did not allow us to wait till after InterNext and being in a hotel with no internet access made things a bitch to do.
We will be holding another (better organized) contest soon for more IceColdCash.com sites. We will also be offering design contracts to some of the winners. We have a lot of sites in the planning stages and someone has to build them

OK..less than 3 days left and I am seeing some REALLY Kick-ass submissions already.
I want to clarify a few things that I have been asked in e-mails:
ICE, Inc./IceColdCash will begin managing PrivateGold.com starting August 20th.
PrivateGold.com WAS a CEN/Trafficcashgold site but is owned by Private Media. Private revoked CEN's contract to manage PrivateGold.com and gave the contract to JoeE and ICE, Inc.
Sometime Tuesday the DNS for PrivateGold.com will change to point to our server.
CEN has already yanked the old PrivateGold.com site and replaced it with XXXGold.com.
They also sent out e-mails to all CEN webmasters telling them to change their links from PrivateGold.com to XXXGold.com but we are asking them not to.
Don't want to change a bunch of links? We have good news for you! You don't have to! When we switch DNS on Privategold.com you can signup at IceColdCash.com with the same account name you have at TrafficCashGold and your links will still work and you will start making Ice Cold Cash! We are aware that some people may try to get someone else's accountname and we will be reviewing all accounts to make sure that nobody gets ripped off. More details will be coming very soon.
Someone e-mailed me and asked if they should be designing a site for XXXgold.com. The answer is NO! That is CEN's site. This contest is for PrivateGold.com only.
We will be having more contests in the future that will be better organized (this contest was a last minute thing) and better explained. So far we are VERY happy with the designs we have seen and we know we have a difficult job ahead chosing the winners after the deadline Tuesday.
P.S. To give everyone just a little more time we are going to extend the deadline to 10AM Eastern Time on Tuesday the 20th. I'm usually just getting up then so no sense having the deadline in the middle of the night. Good Luck to all!
