        If you were parked even 2 inches over her driveway then she doesn't need to pay. Sucks that it happened but you should make sure your car isn't in a position where someone has to judge if they can get passed it or not.

                            My car was in her driveway and I was in her car, we had a 5mim discussion about where my car was parked. I was in her car and she was driving. She backed up I turned to look and before I could say a word booom she hit my car.

Then 3 months later she hit the atm machine with the other mirror.

                                                                                                nation-x, your post reminded me that my wife also hit a mailbox.

                                                                                                She gets pretty upset with each new incident because she knows I'm going to throw my hands up in the air. Apart from the crumpled wheel well (which will rust) and the bumper out of alignment I don't see much sense in repairing the other cosmetic damage, because she's inevitably going to cause more.
