It was about time before the series started
All season I've felt "This is a team mostly put together just this year with the name 'Celtics' on their uniforms (only four of the regular rotation were with the team last year), so they're not really the type of Celtics team I've been rooting for since I was a kid, but I'm from Boston and a lifelong Celtics fan, so I still watch them and still hope they win." And when LA and Boston won their series...I felt "of course I hope the Celtics win, but this is NOT Lakers vs. Celtics like it was in the 60s or 80s. It's two teams with 'Lakers' and 'Celtics' on their uniforms."
But especially living on the West Coast...and after hearing all the LA fans and sportsradio "Kobe is as good as MJ" and "the LA bench is the best in the league" and "it's not a question of whether they'll win, it's just a question of how many games it will take" bullshit for a week.....it DID become Lakers vs. Celtics for me after all.
And having to stare at Jack Nicholson for the next week will make it even worse.

Lakers played 2 bad games and were still in it. If I'm Boston I'm not feeling too good yet. All they did is win at home which is what they were suppose to do. You can't expect LA to keep playing bad especially at home. Series is far from over.
