yeah, i agree. I was surfing to their site and just as silvercash they open up another fucking window. I'm so tierd of that shit, if I want another browserwindow, I fucking open it myself.

Yes those two programs bug me too, I really hate sites that force you to pop a new window because of how I have my desktop laid out.
i've always thought i was the only one annoyed with PB and SC stats
very hard and time consuming to use.
Here is a good lessons for affiliate programs
make your stats easy to use, very informative
the more time an affiliate spends on the stats analyzing them, they more traffic they'll send. More time does not mean frustrations from slow loading, hard to understand stats.

Just like Silvercash. It takes fucking 10 mins to get some galleries from the webmaster area. Its horrible. They spend so much time and programming on that shit while a simple static html page wouldve done the trick.
Plus their ratios sucked so much balls I stopped promoting them years back.
mind on the other hand I guess they don't give a fuck - they're too busy counting all their money and building horribly ostentatious, stupid looking, nigga rich swimming pools in their back yards
i dont understand why affil programs need flash for their sites. webmasters only care about logging in quick, grabbing banners and codes. its more of a pain
Since 1999: 69 Adult Industry awards for Best Hosting Company and professional excellence.
thats the reason why i dont promote these 2 companies.. platinum & silvercash.
It is really frustrating.. and infact, i thought i was the only one..
I guess not.
Not to even talk of their tours with the big WEBMASTERS MAKE CASH links on SC & email grabs.. crap.
Why why why? All that useless flash, rolling round thing and database that takes forever to pull stats. Useless shit and wasted money and time.
Sounds like Silvercash. For me, doing anything in Silvercash takes 5 times longer than it should, because of all the flash. I dread everytime I need to actually login and grab some new linking codes.
I could never understand why programs spend premiums or time designing all those flash headers in affiliate areas - I block all of them. Give me a updates news section and content and thats all I want or need.
obviously lots of people figured out how to use it....platinum bucks is seen all over the net
oh & i got some promo's from platinum-bryan a couple weeks ago with no issue
I didn't even login the site, i just hit up my rep & asked for creatives....its amazing how easy it is to ask people for shit when its their job
Why don’t you get yourself slower ISP like AOL just because they are known all over the world. Now that’s stupid.
There are programs out there just as big as PB but they don’t feel its necessary to have extra funk to load DB or have extra window. Its all about usability. Its not like those sites make me go “wow, I’ve never seen that shit before”… Kink loads just fine for me, and would assume they are a lot bigger than platinum bucks.

I concur. Since NATS has come along finally everyone else (non-developers/tech) is now realizing the true ease of how things can be when well coded software meets efficiency. Maybe 10 years ago it was good practice to use a lot of flashy graphics and "get-er-done" coding, but man you have to roll with the times.
We at Platinum Bucks strive to make the best experience possible for our webmasters, and also make our webmasters the most money while we are doing it.
If our backend stats are not doing that and are to slow and confusing then we take that feedback openly.
We don't have any changes upcoming, but feedback is always welcomed and in future updates we'll take it into account.
It's not bad after you get use to the system. Everyone freaks out if its not nats these days. I like the change. I also dig fuckyoucash.com and that new design.

Agreed. It is such a pain to pull hosteds that I have never bothered to get them up for either program.

Hey pr0, long time no see
I have to disagree with your comments here though. While there is no debating the size of PB and yes, I'm sure if you hit up their reps they will be able to assist you, the point of the thread was about people being turned off from the program due to the archaic/overkill (flash) backend.
Let's say they get a new webmaster who can send only 2 sales a day. He signs up because he hears their sites are good, but gets frustrated at the backend and tryign to get to his creatives or his stats to load, whatever the issue is (I don't use them myself so just saying in general). He decides to give up and try another program.
Now let's say 10 guys do the same thing. That's a loss of 20 sales/day to PB which could easily have been gained. Will that hurt their program, I doubt it. However I'm sure they would never mind increasing their sales (if they do, well then yes this discussion is pointless hehe).
Not to mention potentially losing bigger webmasters as well, some who check their stats multiple times a day to analyze things about their traffic and get fed up of the load times, I'd wager might go someplace else. They won't be hitting up their rep multiple times a day to ask the rep to pull their stats for them and ICQ them over
If I'm PB, I would redo that whole affiliate interface, I bet they can boost business at least 10-20% doing so which is more than worth it.
