    Epass cards not working?

    Just tried my epass card at two ATMs and got a wrong pin code at both. Anyone else having the same problem?

                  Yesterday, mine said wrong pin, the ATM spit out the card and I tried again and it worked.

                      Check if your epass account is not blocked, few guys of our team got their accounts suspended today till they send some docs etc.

                                  Maybe it was your 1st usage.
                                  If I remember correct when you get the card you have to re-set the PIN and after that use it at the ATM ...
                                  Then again - that was a really long time ago ... don't remember correctly.
                                  Bottom line - I never had that problem before.

                                      Hi,

                                      It just happened to me. I am trying to withdraw and the atm machine said i've entered wrong pin code. I was certain I entered the correct pin code. It does the same thing when swiped.

                                      any info regarding this?

                                                          I then switched to the ATM next to the one i used and it worked fine.

                                                              check inside epass if u see any suspicious transactions

                                                                          They took my money for a card about 2 months ago now. Still have yet to see it.

                                                                          The last card they charged me for and sent me didn't work from the get go and was never replaced.
