You've never had shrimp pizza? fuck dude... bugger the tiny ones you get at shitty pizza places.. they're almost rehydrated chinese ones at some places... (or just really small schoolies) What you want is king prawns/shrimp. Basil, tomato and sweet chilli jam paste and a dozen of those guys and you're set.

I made shrimp and fish lasagne last night.. not a lot shrimp can't go into.. (took me fucking 5 hours to fillet the fish, shell the shrimp and make the lasagne though... will be well worth it.)

Bacon in the US and A is a big problem for me. It is all full of water and fat. Nothing like acceptable.

Every so often I will buy organic free range bacon in whole foods but it tastes like ass compared with any good, danish / english bacon.

FYI on canadian bacon, you can buy Canadian bacon here in the US but it sucks ass, also pumped with water. Even the Canadians eat terrible bacon, they ship their best bacon to UK, Uk supermarkets own a lot of pigs in Canada.
