I'm selling GayNudeDudes.com - I started this website in July 2014.

In total it has reached over 2 million page views, almost 1 million unique visitors (averaging about 8k unique per day)

In ad-revenue I am earning between $200-$400 per month between JuicyAds, PopAds, Exoclick and VideoMega (a service where adult content can be uploaded and the user must disable adblock to view the video) A lot more can be made if you can monetize correctly. I'm still new at this, so I'm sure I could make more.

Those stats are pulled from Google Analytics, but I only implanted Analytics in October, and my tracking code wasn't working yesterday (21st) for some reason, but is now.

I'm not sure what I'd like to sell it for

WorthofWeb.com values the site at $17,000 - I'm not looking for that much, that I know of.

Features and what goes with it.
1.) It's built using the Detube Wordpress Theme
2.) 95% of the videos are uploaded on VideoMega.tv where the user must disable adblock to view the video and you earn revenue on each video watched. You will also get that account information.
3.) 5 Facebook Pages with a total of around 55k likes - you will be made admin of those pages if you'd like them.
4.) A twitter account with over 400 followers.
