Van Halen sucks... they are the N'Sync of the rock world...
For some unexplainable reason tons of people love them and yet they SUCK extremely hard.
Van Halen DOES NOT ROCK! They are a pop band that had a couple decent songs but more than half the songs are extremely gay.

LOL a real rock band doesnt just suddenly become a fag band after a certain year... the early stuff is far better than the later stuff. The electronic gizmo's they brought in sure are gay.
Eruption is a joke... simple taps does NOT equal good guitar. A friend of mine taught me to play it in an afternoon without me EVER playing guitar before.

Hey everybody enjoys their own musical tastes...but farkedup you may think your friend taught you to play eruption, hell I've seen every kid in a music store play something that sounded sort of like it. But I have to tell you you didn't play it. No matter what you may try to say. I've been playing since I was 8 years old and that was 38 years ago...and playing professionally since 1978...and I can tell you without any doubt that Eddie Van Halen is one helluva guitarist and definitely right up there with Page as one of the most influential of all times.
That being said...I'm a Jeff Beck mark when it's all said and done. Just a monster there.
And the guy that nobody can touch is John Mclaughlin.
But Eddie Van Halen is far more than what you are trying to portray. I do understand however if you just don't like his music. To each his own.
Me? I like Van Halen and went and saw them in Atlanta a few weeks ago. Fucking killer!
But I'm an old piece of shit, so take it with a grain of salt.-Robbie
