                                Not hundreds yet as far as I know but dozens so far for sure however nothing in the Alexa top 100, yet. I would be happy to post URLs but feel as if we'd need client permission to do so. Not too surprising, I get the feeling from many of our clients that their sites are works in progress and under development. It seems that everyone is in a race to build a better mousetrap.

                                                            I know this is an oldish msg but I just wanted to add in my 2 cents... it IS actually possible to fake a traceroute path. The IPs up to the point that it enters the "evil" network will be accurate, but after that they can return any IP/hostname they wish. I know some spammers have used this trick to make it appear they're hosted in a different country and generally make it difficult for people to track them down.
