    Obscenity all over my town SCAT wtf pics

    This is obscene to me, we have scat all over our town. The new sara/sota county area tran/sit or better known as SCAT which is wrote on the side of every county bus.

              thats funny lol ,we have a guy here who does moving advertizes in the local free paper. He calls himself scatman. I told my wife his loves ones should tell him what that also means. lol
