What good could intelligence be from someone who would say anything to stop torture? I'm more torturing terrorists just for the sweet satisfaction of it.
But when you hear some of the things the "interrogators" were doing, it makes you wonder if they were already sociopaths, or they had to develop the skill for the job.

The problem with McCain is he is often a flip flopper jumping to one position on something to another like riding a wave of public opinion..
At least the one thing he's stayed consistent on was being anti torture.
