Epassporte, how the hell withdraw my money

Hello guys, Im trying to withdraw my money to a European bank since 22th last month. It was around 2 weeks and the wire is not even processed... Im waiting for that wire request form (it supossed it would take 24-48h... Im waiting 4 days ago), Im messaging to support center but no reply.

Its always so complicated? some alternative? Its really disappointing...

Yea , it can take several weeks before they respond to your inquiry.

Best thing I can say is, keep it simple and basic. Just withdraw your money from an ATM.

I use my Epass money for my internet investments and internet purchases such as airplane tickets with my virtuel card. It seems a waste to change my Epass dollars in euro's for now (hoping for the best).

ok ATM is a neat new invention which stands for Automated Teller Machine.

What you do is put your bank card or epass card into the machine to take out money.

Most banks have these ATM machines at their establishment.

ATM = bankmachine withdrawel , you put your bankcard in it and get your cash. (If i compair cashing in checks to epassport ATM withdrawel, epass give a better change currency from $ to ? ; this based on 500$ withdrawels and including the costs)

Ok, thanks... if they spend 9 days (and counting) to send me a form I cant imagine how long will take ordering that VISA.

So I have contacted to Michael... lets see if at least there is 1 person doing his work properlly.

Epassporte should be less secure then payoneer but you can transfer funds from peer to peer.
The costs for withdrawel are a little bit higher on Payoneer. The annual fee is lower on Payoneer then epassporte.

Payoneer has a better support system, but maybe if they keep growing it will go to the shits as well.

It all depends on your personal favorite and what you want to do with it.

Epass is the worse service i ever met. They are trying to sell their Visa. I recently asked them to remove all my credit cards from my account in order to import a new one.
I want to stop using credit cards. Credt cards have fucked me. I 'll start using a prepaid Visa to have full control over my pocket.
Epass blocked all my cards and they say that need about 10 business days to decide if they permit or not a new card addition.
I asked them , three days ago , to unblock my cards because 10 days is a long time and i have to pay in time for my deals. I could add my new card later...
Until now i have no answer and no cards.
I added and veryfied my prepaid Visa card in Paypal in 20min
What else a have to say?

well the main difference (correct me if im wrong) is that you can make your client load your Payoneer account for example...

So you are a designer, you sell a design for $990, to make the payment, you simply tell your client to go to https://www.payoneer.com/Load/LoadToPage.aspx, you give him the email adress attached to your payoneer account and that's it, you get the money from any credit or debit card to your Payoneer easily

I have never heard epassporte had this option but i might be wrong. if someone can confirm

Looks like they have Monkeys working there, Michael did everything in less than 2 minutes when the support center is spending weeks.

Yes but as you say Michael is only one. The monkey's team fuck us. And in fact there is not a monkey's team. There is a business. They try to hold our money as long as possible.
Go to your bank and ask to send money by wire tranfer. It has a 3 days ( maximum)delay to Antarctica. Today's bank's network has been installed just for that purpose, to elliminate delays. Why a tranfer from epass to your bank account needs 1 month?
