Sedo is good for most people but one caution...... their commission fees have been going up over the years. I may be wrong but I think its 15% standard and 20% if the buyer comes through a MLS partner (third party link).

Their fees are very high and there is a minimum so on a $100 sale you walk with almost nothing.
Really the best domain sales I've made were from people who contacted me through the who is info. So there's a tip for anyone sitting on domains, do not have privacy set if you want a chance to sell it.

Kenny is right, most targeted end users come directly to the domain or through the WHOIS data. I do think, though, its okay to have privacy if your privacy has an email forwarder (like the Namecheap whoisguard) - not sure how it works at Godaddy. This way you can hide your private data but still be contacted via the randomly generated email address.
