Publishing this has been my burning desire for months, I hope you will read it and protect yourself.
I'm sure you've heard of penis pills, loose weight miracle drugs and other such BS that of course did not work as described or not at all. Now there is something like this for downloading; Fullreleases.com, FullDownloads.us, WarezQuality.com, DownloadNova.com, DownloadProfessional.com, DownloadOracle.com, DirectFileAccess.com are all what someone could in reality call a scam, since the customer does not get what they initially paid for, or DO they?
The tactic of asking someone to buy one product in order to receive another is an age old trick and has worked for one reason and ONE reason only.
If you were told to purchase an adult membership and you did, how does one explain this to the credit card company ? This is one of the problems I ran into when trying to get a refund. I wasn't able to tell them I was looking for a download, but in order for myself to gain access I first had to purchase a membership to RealityPornPass, or another site.
HERE IS HOW THESE MISLEADING SITES WORK:
The reason why they are so high on search results for almost anything you can imagine because they are using a very interesting technique. They scripted something that always brings back results, it doesn't matter WHAT you type into the search, it will BRING UP the results for that term and then save them into their search cloud so that Google, Yahoo and other search engines will pick up the results in order to be listed. Classic trick that seems to work rather well... try it out! Search for Labamba Season 91829 and see what happens.
STEP BY STEP of how these sites hit YOUR pocket:
1. Unsuspecting user searches for something on google.com or any other search engine. Because of their tactics they appear as the top results for whatever the user searched, so the user clicks on the link and...
2. A page with the relevant search result loads up. For example WarezQuality.com.
3. The unsuspecting user clicks on the download from WarezQuality.com and is then told that this download is only for WarezQuality Premium Members and that a payment of 4.95 (often through an adult site or ebook is needed)
4. The user wanting to download the file will spend the 4.95 to become a Premium WarezQuality.com member.
5. Once payment is made, access to a very poorly made and almost non usable members section is then granted. Not only is the members section complete garbage but the file the user searched for initially is NOT there. Seems as if the search results on the outside of the site are fake and the file doesn't really exist inside the members section.
6. Problem with this is that the user paid for an Adult Membership, or an Ebooks or something in place of the actual download purchase. So calling in with a complaint is nearly impossible since in the end you really DID get what you paid for (in my case a 3 day trial to an adult website) read below to find out more on what I had to do to try and get my refund.
Do not trust sites that make you pay before you get to see the actual file, these sites are all over the place, hundreds of them and they all do one thing. They use the ignorance of web surfers all over the world to pay for a service that is 2nd rate, a scam in other words. I called BBB to launch a complaint against the site I bought my members section from but they told me that since the site is hosted OUTSIDE of the United States and since the purchase wasn't for the download product but instead an adult membership, I wasn't able to get too far with them.
THE PEOPLE BEHIND THE CURTAIN:
After digging around and believe me, this part took 4-5 hours, I was able to find out some details about how WarezQuality.com works. They seem to have a specific relationship with an adult site network under the name of PlatinumBucks, the main managing brain there being a guy under the name of Platinum Dave.
After doing extensive research in the heart of the adult industry, I found SEVERAL threads on a Adult Webmaster Board named GFY.com about how PlatinumBucks supports the activities of WarezQuality.com and even admits that it is ok for them to be doing this since it isnt illegal because they only index links.
I have found 3 of the main people behind this to be Platinum Kroum, Platinum Bryan and Platinum Dave. If you're looking to get a refund and don't wish to do it via the Credit Card company like I did, I would do it through one of these contacts. After spending MORE countless hours in front of the computer reading what seemed to be a never ending supply of posts full of angry users and webmasters alike. I have put together somewhat of a profile of who this guy is. The information below may not be 100% correct, so please if you have any more information about who this person is, his whereabouts or even pictures of him, email me at the address supplied below:

How I got my money back!
When I called VISA the first thing I told them what that I have been scammed and the product I purchased was misrepresented. After talking to the rep for over 20 minutes describing to him that joining the adult site was not my intention and the site I joined was WarezQuality.com he wasn't understanding the problem. After about a 45 min with over 3 different support agents I was finally connecting the dots with these people, I was then forwarded to a Manager who told me the process in initiating a chargeback was to first open a case against the merchant by sending visa a formal letter.
I emailed VISA a letter describing what transpired and how this scam worked, this process took much longer then I expected. After my letter was received it took VISA over a month to complete the chargeback. All in all, I spent over 4 hours dealing with this problem alone, and I can just imagine the hassle looking at it now.
I warn you, do NOT join any of these sites asking you to purchase one thing in order to get another. Pursuing a refund for 30 odd bucks is simply not worth the hassle and embarrassment I had to endure over the phone, so please take this message seriously.
