Depends what you mean. There is no physical way to get 2 pipes to become 1 pipe. There is a way to balance loads on them though. You will need to get more advanced equipment besides a normal home router. I dont give a shit what any article says. It is not possible to merge them into one. It is possible to make it look like you did on a piece of software. But it not technically possible. This should help though.

don't think it makes a difference, but as near as I know mac hasn't been able to make isp's unusable by everyone else yet. but you can bet your ass they are trying to figure it out

                          this will do the trick.,

ref : Linksys Small Business routers

                          DUAL-WAN LOAD BALANCING

The dual-WAN VPN Router can aggregate the bandwidths of both WAN connections to achieve a higher Internet bandwidth than what a single WAN connection can provide.

if you wanna go chinese route then here is the chinese brand.

ref : TEI480T+ Load Balance Broadband Router

                          Tenda TEI480T+ 10/100Mbps Enterprise Broadband Router - Newegg.com

Two WAN ports allow two Ethernet connections to the Internet at the same time, implementing double-bandwidth access and connection fail-over. Either WAN port can connect to different ISPs, Even if the ISPs use different technology to provide telecommunication service (such as DSL, Cable modem, etc.).

Yup just be aware that none of those lower priced boxes will achieve more than ~ 300 Mbit/s tops so if you're looking to bundle high speed connections you'll need to invest in some real hardware.
