How do you know your links will stay after you pay? I would want to pay monthly to assure my links weren't removed after I paid.

Yeah, I stop selling hard links because people demanded a year min or lifetime

About 1/2 of them are possibly worth it. Most are all on the same IP though. I got an email offering $550 for them with a banner placement for one year.

Maybe you meant you stopped buying? Because if you are selling why not sell for a year if the buyer wants to pay upfront instead of monthly?
