Yup, with a girl alleged to be 14 or so at the time. Problem is, she says it's not her but refuses to testify, and R. Kelly says it's not him on the tape, pointing out that he has a mole on his lower back that can't be seen on the tape.

The "Mole will keep me outta the hole", is how he put it, lol.

So far no one has come forward with a picture of the mole prior to the time the tape was shot (he says he had the mole since birth), leading some to speculate that he drew it on with a sharpie...

I know it's no laughing matter, but what I've read so far has been pretty entertaining...

CHICAGO, IL ? In the middle of his highly publicized trial covering 14 counts of child pornography-related charges, R&B star R. Kelly appears to have added a new crime to the pile.

A week after the infamous video ? allegedly showing Kelly having sex with a then-underage girl nearly a decade ago ? was shown in court, prosecutors have filed an additional charge of indecent exposure against the Chicago native. According to papers filed late Thursday, Kelly masturbated throughout the 27-minute showing of the prosecution?s key piece of evidence.

?There have been secret cameras all over the courtroom this whole time,? said a source with inside knowledge of the case. ?Judge [Vincent M.] Gaughan is one paranoid dude ? although, I mean, he did specifically say he wanted to make sure R. didn?t get up to any funny business during the trial. And finally, I should point out that even if he was doing that, it would just be further proof of his innocence with regards to the child pornography charges. I happen to know for a fact that Mr. Kelly never masturbates to his own videos.?

But prosecutors see things differently. Given Judge Gaughan?s supposed impartiality, they believe the tapes should not be considered an illegal act on the part of the state, and should be allowed in court.

I don't recall all the details, but weren't the boys in the Michael Jackson case children and not teenagers? I think there is a HUGE difference and that the kid thing is a million times more awful.

If I understand you correctly, you're saying that it's a HUGE difference what MJ did and what R. Kelly did, and what MJ did (and was never convicted of), is a million times more awful.

So, a 35 year old having sex with a 14 year old girl (she may have been as young as 12 years old), and urinating on her body and in her mouth, is okay in your opinion?

Of course, it is not okay. I don't think anyone is alleging the girl was 12; everything I have seen says 14.

Neither Michael Jackson nor R. Kelly has been convicted at this time, but, yes, I think what Michael Jackson was alleged to have done was infinitely worse. Of course, the evidence that R. Kelly actually did what is alleged appears to be stronger, at least based on press coverage.

I think if someone has inappropriate sex with a 14-year-old, even a precocious one, that is wrong. I think if someone has any kind of sex with a 10-year-old, that is an evil worthy of the lowest levels of Hell. We're not talking right and wrong here, just levels of wrongness.

As near as I can tell from what I just read today about the R. Kelly case, the man appears to be disturbed, was probably molested by both a neighbor and his stepfather, and is most likely literally retarded.

Thanks for the clarification. From what I have read, R. Kelly alledgedly has a long history of the type of behavior he is accused of in his current case.

With all of his millions in earnings, he should be able to obtain some very good psychological help in dealing with his past, either as a free man or from behind bars.

It's hard to imagine he can beat this case, especially when there is a videotape as evidence, but we've already seen how juries can be in celebrity cases (OJ, MJ, Robert Blake, Phil Specter, etc)...
