    Can u open an epassporte account without a VISA?

    i only have MC, and obviously no US chequing account, how on earth do they expect me to "load" the account?

    what is the point anyway.

    anyone from epassporte want to set me up?

                  Pre-paids work to load money. But you can't send any money or get an Epass Visa card. Something they tell you AFTER you load money from a pre-paid card.

                      You can exchange paypal for opening or load epasporte account. No other idea at the moment.

                          Lots of people offer paypal for epass. Tho they have a biz epass account . A personal account will not help you.

                                  You can get an affiliate account from a sponsor.
                                  Or a gift account from someone you know.
